At Pipopipomart, we take great care to ensure our products are accurately described and delivered in good condition. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchange requests, unless otherwise specifically mentioned. All sales are considered final.

Refunds are generally not provided for any products or services purchased from us. However, in exceptional cases, such as receiving a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we may issue a refund or provide a replacement based on our internal assessment. To be eligible for this, customers must submit a full, uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the issue. Without this video proof, we are unable to process claims.

In rare situations involving technical errors, duplicate payments, or accidental overcharges, you may contact our support team with details. These cases will be reviewed individually, and refunds, if approved, will be issued at our sole discretion.

- Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For Replacement return request should be raised within 1 day.
- Replacement/Exchange deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
