Shipping policy
At Pipopipomart, we ship across India using India Post’s reliable Speed Post and Parcel services. We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹50 on all orders below ₹500. Orders of ₹500 and above qualify for free shipping.
Most packages are dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving and verifying your order. Delivery times (excluding Sundays and national holidays) are estimated as follows:
- Local deliveries within the same area: 1–2 days
- Metro-to-metro shipments (major cities): 1–3 days
- Within the same state or between state capitals: 1–4 days
- To other regions of India: 4–5 days
For larger parcels using India Post’s Business Parcel service (up to 35 kg), transit times may extend to:
- Local: ~3 days
- Metro-to-metro: 4–5 days
- State-to-state: 4–6 days
- Rest of India: 6–7 days
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a 13‑digit tracking number. You can monitor its progress online or via SMS updates provided by India Post from dispatch to delivery.
What to Expect
Because delivery times depend on distance and local infrastructure, occasional delays due to weather or logistical issues may occur. If your shipment experiences a significant delay beyond the timeframes above, reach out to us or contact your local post office—that’s often enough to resolve common issues.
Please note that Sunday deliveries are uncommon, and national postal holidays may affect shipping timelines.
